The future for genetic scientists is wide open They can assist the world very much One can say the world is in the hands of genetic scientists The bible says god made man in his own immage Some people say God did this, so he (God)could understand and know himself better It can now be said that scientists are now making man in mans required immage So if man is god, man is making god etc The purpose of this note is to say genetic scientist should concentrate on producing life that cannot reproduce itself I for one would not mind living and enjoying life without having the trauma of reproduction via marriage and sex etc And i think many other people would Some forms of animal life are already doing this, producing those that will reproduce and those that wont Those that dont reproduce do not neccessarily have to be sterile workers etc Already high income and intellectual people, have less children than lower paid or working class people This would be a future way of controlling the world population Parents would not automaticaly have a right to produce offspring that will reproduce This can be applied to the animal /insect kingdom as well So one can say the world is well in the hands of genetic scientists It would be better to eradicate disease via genetics It would prevent over 200.000 animals (cats-dogs)being destroyed in Queensland alone,each year. Such a waste of the gift of life.

Reports of fierce dogs on The Meadows Estate near Gympie in Queensland Of people having many fierce breeds running up and down roadside fences trying to get out and attack passers by and their children and dogs Some are people walking their dogs for exercise, and also themselves Some families go for a weekend walk too,down the street One house has two large Doberman type dogs with a flimsy front fence, one day one of these dogs got out and a passer by with 2 dogs had to phone a neighbour to be collected in a car,to get past the dog,safely.Fence still not fixed Another house has 2 fierce type cattle dogs that attacked one passer by,walking 2 dogs. And the owners refuse to keep their roadside perimeter gate shut, they have their 2 dogs running loose on the property Who can run out on the road and attack passers by anytime Children walk their dog pass this house, which is next to a public park One mother with a pushchair and baby and dog tied to the pushchair, pass this house also Other people walking their dogs also pass this house, on the other side of road for some safety The owners still refuse to keep their gate closed, relying on the dogs to do as they are told A TRADGEDY IS WAITING TO HAPPEN Everyone knows dogs ignore commands when they think they will, especially when other dogs are around and passers by and children Still the owners and council have not resolved the risk to public safety Other owners of fierce dogs also leave their gates open, letting dogs attack passers by It would begood to know how many cattle/chooks/goats/ etc have been attacked at night, when gates are left open and dogs free to go where they like A suggestion for public safety would be 1, ban fierce breeds near roads and public spaces 2.councils compell a 2nd front fence to be erected for safety 3.owners be compelled to keep roadside gates closed at all times 4.councils act on complaints and provide results and communicate 5. councils to check all dogs are licenced 6. councils ensure strong high fencing for fierce breeds 7.councils check dog fences for safety

For not only does the physical substance of the food become assimilated into our physical body, so also do the subtler energies become united to our inner levels.” How do you know ALL physical objects have an intellectual and a will body? How do you know a vegetable has an intellectual body for instance? The Sankhya Philosophy (and all the other darshanas–orthodox systems of Indian philosophy), which includes the oldest form of Physics, postulates that all material objects possess five levels or koshas (sheaths/bodies). The universe is considered to have five layers that correspond to the five Cosmic Elements (Mahabhutas or Panchabhutas). The Primal Element, of course, is Pure Consciousness Itself–God, Brahman, or Paramatman. On this ocean of Consciousness everything is based or “floating.” Akasha, the Etheric Element, floats upon Consciousness, Vayu, the Air Element, floats upon Akasha, Agni, the Fire Element, floats upon Vayu, Apa, the Water, Element, floats upon Agni, and Prithvi, the Earth Element, floats upon Apa. Nothing can exist in the material world that is not supported by the other five levels or elements. Thus all things possess five layers or “bodies.” These elements or bodies are really bands or bundles of energies. In most objects, the levels are purely potential, or at best dimly awakened. But in sentient beings, they are all active, though in varying degrees according to the level of evolution. The bodies correspond to atomic, biomagnetic, sensory-mind, intellectual, and will energies or levels (faculties). In the human being these five are alive–but the degree of life also depends on individual evolution. Vegetables possess all levels, mostly in the form of “raw” or unconditioned life energies (prana). Thus they absorb readily into our bodies and the subtle levels of our being, and become conditioned by our thoughts and the present vibratory character of our bodies. This is not true of animals. Rather, all their levels are conditioned and locked into the vibratory patterns proper to their species. Thus, when we eat them we graft the animal bodies into our human bodies and create conflict and havoc, darkening–and distorting–our minds to an incalculable extent. Eating meat is one of the worse things we can do to ourselves, and it renders the practice of yoga and the wakening of higher consciousness virtually impossible. The four close-run seats of Gaven, Chatsworth, Cleveland and Redlands were decided on Friday after recounts. Liberal National Party candidates took three of these seats - Mark Robinson (Cleveland), Alex Douglas (Gaven) and Peter Dowling (Redlands) - while Labor's Steve Kilburn won Chatsworth. The make-up of the parliament, which sits on April 21, will be Labor 51, Liberal National Party 34 and four independents. Prior to the election and redistribution Labor held 58 seats, while the LNP held 25 and six MPs sat on the cross-benches. Labor recorded 42.28 per cent of the primary vote - its lowest vote since 1998 when it took minority government with the support of independent Peter Wellington. The LNP scored 41.57 per cent of the primary vote, with the Greens taking 8.37 per cent and independents 5.65 per cent. One Nation, Family First and the Daylight Saving party scored under one per cent of the primary vote each.

Tax bonus will go ahead Friday April 3, 2009, 10:41 am The High Court has made a decision today regarding a case surrounding the government stimulus package. The court has decided to dismiss Australian academic Brian Pape's controversial court case, claiming that the government tax bonus goes beyond the Government's powers under the constitution. This decision is sure to send a sigh of relief throughout the country, and put a smile on many faces. The payments will be distributed to 8.7 million taxpayers from next Monday, 6th April. Pape, who lectures at the University of New England, had claimed that calling the payments a tax bonus is false. "Saying so doesn't make it so, and the first question will be - is it a law with respect to taxation?" Pape declared. His argument raised the possibility that taxpayers targeted by the Federal Government in recent months to receive the $900 tax bonus may be legally entitled to only a portion of the payment. Pape told the court that on one interpretation of the constitution, the law passed by Federal Parliament in February to pay the bonus could operate only by refunding tax owed in 2007-08. This essentially targeted low income earners, the people who arguably need the bonus the most, and who the government is targeting primarily to stimulate the economy by spending. If his theory was upheld, 957,000 taxpayers expected to qualify for the bonus would have be affected. Mr Pape had previously stated that even if he wins the Government has other ways to pay the money through the tax system. "If I'm successful the Government could still give the bonus just through altering the, giving a rebate and letting the money flow through the PAYG system," he had said. "I don't think people should be worried about getting the money," he said yesterday. The Government will go ahead with the handouts, paying out a bonus of $900 to people whose taxable income last year was up to $80,000, $600 to those whose income was between $80,000 and $90,000 and $250 to those whose income was between $90,000 and $100,000.
