Speaking For dead Children--Can They Sue ParentsFor Neligence-Qld govt Should Act Now

Speaking for dead children that have missed out on the experience of life

No one else seems to be speaking for them or acting for them

Children are not a commodity

Every week one hears on the news another drowning tragedy of toddlers

Parents are prepared to risk the life of children needlessly

Parent know about the risk of drowning-its in the news all the time

So why do they do NOTHING?

fence off the dam else put a security fence round the house else give/take children up to a safer environment

Dead children through the Publick Trustee should be able to sue their parents for negligence and manslaughter and a jail sentance

Proceeds could go to some cause for live children

The Qld govt should act now and enable legislation to pass immediately
