The first sign of going broke is not coming up with cash when due
In this case Qld Health wages for staff
Various excuses have been given
Payroll system etc etc
The premier says we will pay anyone instantly by check (from other funds ?)
After 3 weeks you would think the problem would be corrected
Should the Health Minister resign
Would be sacked in free enterprize
