A delivery =car arrives in driveway-puts delivery in letter box-reverses out drive way-blows horn-drives off-takes only one second-watch person come out and collect from letter box-pre-paid
Contact crime stoppers-not local police
Other arrangements made by mobile phone-usualy cars signal with horn as they drive past premises
