IABC Radio news reports that the GillardPM govt has problems in producing a Fed budget
And the formation of one
Due to the mining tax non contribution leaving a hole in the budget
What has to be cut back or left out-may effect the election
The opposition will scrutinise the budget to see if its costed propperley and has no rubbery figures or promises
