Is it possible or safe ? phone council on  54810611 and tell them..Doesent matter if you are away on holliday either.Who is the person who issues such notices on 20 dec 2010.enough to spoil anyones Christmas.but that wasnt the idea !Was it.!Who is the person selectively complaining ?
