Mr. Reed did not mention the machinations behind our entry into WWI which should be included here in order to give credence to the assertion that every war in which American soldiers have been used, has been a plan to further the goals of the World Revolution.
When Europe became embroiled in the first 'great war', it has been written that nine of every ten Americans opposed U.S. intervention. They would not be aroused by all the propaganda of the controlled press and passionate speeches of Zionist lackeys in the government. Neither could the U.S. Congress be persuaded. For this reason, a hostile act had to be committed by the enemy -- namely Germany.
Without going into all the truly ugly details, of which books have been written, suffice it to say that: Woodrow Wilson, Mandel House, J .P. Morgan (a Rothschild agent) and Winston Churchill (First Lord of the Admiralty at the time) conspired together to ensure that the passenger ship, Lusitania -- carrying 1,195 passengers, 195 of which were Americans -- would be sunk by a German U-boat.
Part of the British Cunard line, the Lusitania had been restructured, armored and armed for combat. Along with her unsuspecting passengers, she was known to be carrying tons of ammunition and other war materials from the U.S. to England in violation of the protocols of war by 'neutral' powers.
We use the phrase 'neutral powers' facetiously in this case, because the real history of WWI proves that not only was the war discussed as far back as 1906, it was decided that the U.S. would be brought in on the side of the Allies. However, it is probable that the method whereby the U.S. would be entangled was not formulated until later.
In the case of the Lusitania, the German government had pre-paid for adds to be placed in fifty newspapers, mostly on the east coast, warning Americans not to sail on the Lusitania. Of all the papers, only the Des Moines Register published the warning on the requested date. The U.S. State Department frightened publishers by raising the possibility of liable suites if they published without prior clearance from State Department attorneys.

NOTICE!TRAVELERS intending to embark on the Atlantic voyage are reminded that a state of war exists between Germany and her allies and Great Britain and her allies; that the zone of war includes the waters adjacent to the British Isles; that, in accordance with formal notice given by the Imperial German Government, vessels flying the flag of Great Britain, or any of her allies, are liable to destruction in those waters and that travelers sailing in the war zone on the ships of Great Britain or her allies do so at their own risk.IMPERIAL GERMAN EMBASSY Washington, D.C. Mr. Griffin also explains how the German navy had been goaded into a position of 'shoot first, ask questions later'. On May, 7th, 1915 the Lusitania set sail without protection; her course was charted for a known German submarine nest. As expected, the hit from a single German torpedo caused an explosion so great (from the explosives on board ship) that the Lusitania went down in only 18 minutes, carrying nearly a thousand men, women, children and infants to their death.
Later, at the American Embassy, because he was under the impression that all passengers had survived, Ambassador Page went ahead with a planned dinner, during which the telegrams began arriving detailing the events of the tragedy. Mr. Page read each of them aloud to his guests. It is said that when the full details of the tragedy were known, Mandel House informed all present that the U.S. would enter the war within the month.
Even after the deaths of nearly 100 American citizens, it took almost two years for the press, along with constant pressure from President Wilson, to arouse the people and finally persuade the U.S. Congress to declare war against Germany. Obviously, Americans then were not quite so easily inspired to war as they are today. However, on April 16, 1917 Americans were pressed into war, believing they were fighting for God and country.
To accomplish this feat over a thousand innocent lives were lost, military career men left their offices, William Jennings Bryan resigned as Secretary of State, the Lusitania's Captain Turner became a scapegoat, and in defense of the World Order U.S. soldiers left their families, wives, and children to kill and die. Just as they are doing today.
The influence of the press at that time was a result of the Morgan-Rockefeller scheme in buying up the major newspapers, in order to 'press' them into the service of the Internationalists.
In Griffin's book mentioned above, Griffin explained that:
"When the ship was sunk off the coast of Ireland with 195 Americans aboard, it became the center of a national campaign to generate emotional support for coming into the war."
On page 262 of The Creature From Jekyll Island there is a reproduction of one of the campaign ads designed most effectively to reach into the very depths of one's heart. A painting depicts a young woman at the bottom of the ocean, holding an infant tightly in her arms, her hair and gossamer gown drifting in the current. The painting says it all. The single commanding word, in large, bold letters says simply: ENLIST
Those same unconscionable methods are being used today, to sustain the hurt, anger and desire for revenge of the WTC tragedy, in the minds and hearts of Americans. HBO is just now airing a memorial to the victims of the heinous act of evil, renewing, refreshing, and re-energizing the gamut of emotions that had begun to heal.
We are dealing here with cold, calculating devils who have either lost, or they've never had so much as a glimmer, of either compassion for another human being or remorse for their deeds. If it should happen that any of them would suddenly awaken to the terror they've caused and committed, they would surely lose their minds with relentless grief.
The United States' entry into the Great War filled the needs of both the British and the Zionists. England needed U.S. military power - including American men and boys - and the Zionists wanted the 'Holy Land' for themselves. It is for themselves and their ruthless plan for World Dominion, not for their lesser brethren. In exchange for the Zionists' promise to bring the U.S. into the war, the British government promised a 'homeland' in Palestine for the Jews.
This promise was made via a letter from Arthur James Balfour to Lord Rothschild on November 2, 1917, that became known as the Balfour Declaration (appendix B). Incidentally, the Declaration did not promise a Jewish State for the Jews; it promised a homeland, along with certain and specific conditions, to wit:
". . . it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country".
The snag accompanying the promise was the fact that Palestine was not England's to give; at that time Turkey ruled Palestine under a sort of home rule government. For nearly twenty years the Zionists had been wrangling for a homeland for the Jews, and they turned down offers made for other territory. It had to be Palestine!
According to Doug Reed:
"As the first decade of the 20th Century grew older the signs of the coming storms multiplied. In 1903 the British Government had offered Uganda to Zionism and Max Nordau had publicly foretold 'the future world war', in the sequence to which England would procure Palestine for Zionism. In 1905 the Protocols prophetically revealed the destructive orgy of Communism.Then in 1906 one Mr. Arthur James Balfour, Prime Minister of England, met Dr. Weizmann in a hotel room and was captivated by the notion of presenting Palestine, which was not his to give to 'the Jews". Rabbi Elmer Berger says of that time,"that group of Jews which committed itself to Zionism . . . entered a peripatetic kind of diplomacy which took it into many chancelleries and parliaments, exploring the labyrinth and devious ways of international politics in a part of the world where political intrigue and secret deals were a byword. Jews began to play the game of 'practical politics'."
It was arranged well ahead of the planned first Great War, that England would declare Turkey its enemy, gain control of Palestine, and hand it over to the Jews. It happened as planned. During the war British leaders beholden to Zionist powers diverted men, weapons and planes from France to Palestine just prior to the German invasion of France, endangering the lives of hundreds of thousands of soldiers, and the possible outcome of the war. . . except they knew the U.S. would come to their rescue.
Why did the Zionists specifically want Palestine?
First, it served to fulfill the mandates of Jehovah that his 'chosen' would be given this territory as their reward for obeying all his bloody statutes. In their arguments to get what they wanted, Zionist leaders claimed that, "the Bible is our mandate". In fact, for the Jews, their mandate is the Torah and the Talmud, not the Bible.
Secondly, the land in that area contains rich natural resources beyond comprehension. According to George W. Armstrong, in his book, The Zionists:
"The value of the minerals of the Dead Sea is estimated at five trillion dollars. This estimate appears to be optimistic but it is supported in part by the report of the Crown Agents of the British Colonies entitled "Production of Minerals From the Waters of the Dead Sea" (page 2).It is alleged that all copies of this booklet containing this report have been destroyed except those in the British Museum, Colonial Office, and House of Commons.This official report estimates the minerals, except oil, in 1925 as follows: Magnesium Chloride, 22,000 tons, value 600 billion dollars; Potassium Chloride, 20,000 tons, value 75 billion dollars; other minerals valued at 1,200 billion dollars; or a total of about three trillion dollars, exclusive of oil.This enormous value staggers the imagination. I am unable to appraise the effect on the human race if the Zionists gain undisputed title to it, or if it should be devoted to public use. "
Mr. Armstrong did not mention the mineral and oil wealth of the Negev area, which was also included in the partitioning process. The Rothschilds were well aware of these facts. The land stolen from the Arab Palestinians by the Zionists is considered veritably the Jewel Box of the world. (Appendix C ).
It boggles the mind to realize the wealth controlled by virtue of those natural resources alone, and to be aware of the fact that Americans have supported Israel to the tune of $10 billion a year, plus, since its very inception. Then there's the over-$100 billion Germans have paid in reparations, plus all the hundreds of millions of dollars bilked out of the lesser brethren for the cause.
To confirm the early pre-planning of that first world war, Norman Dodd, Executive Director of the Reese Congressional Committee that was formed in 1953 to investigate tax exempt foundations, explains that: When he visited the Carnegie Endowment he was told that his request to view their records would be difficult because
"with the ratification by the Senate of the United States of the UN Treaty, our job was finished",
...so therefore, all records were in a warehouse.
(The fact is there exists no 'treaty' with the UN Organization since the Constitution provides for the U.S. to enter into treaties only with other nations. We must keep firmly in mind that the U.S. is merely a dues-paying member of that Organization and owes it no allegiance nor duty to obey its mandates. Other treaties and entangling alliances that are destructive to the peace, safety and wellbeing of Americans can and should be terminated.)
Mr. Dodd was invited to go to the warehouse and view the minutes of past meetings of the trustees of the Carnegie Endowment if he wished. In his testimony before an Illinois Senate Committee in 1978, Mr. Dodd told the state legislators - among other discoveries in the Carnegie meeting minutes - that:
"Now, we are back in the period of 1908, and these minutes reported the following: The Trustees . . . bring up a single question; namely, if it is desirable to alter the life of an entire people, is there any means more efficient than war to gain that end? And they discuss this question. . . and they come up with an answer-- there are no known means more efficient than war, assuming the objective is altering the life of an entire people.That leads, then, to a question: How do we involve the United States in a war?This was in 1909. I doubt if there was any question more removed, or any idea more removed from the minds of us, as a people, at that time than war. There were certain of what we call 'intermittent shows' in the Balkans, and I also doubt if very many of us knew, really, where the Balkans was, or their relation or possible effect on us.. . . oh, before that, the Trustees then answered the question of how to involve us in a war by saying, 'we must control the diplomatic machinery of the United States'; and . . . the answer is 'we must control the State Department'.Now, at that point, research discloses a relationship between the effort to control the State Department and an entity which the Carnegie Endowment set up – namely, the Council of Learned Societies. And through that entity are cleared all of the appointments – high appointments in the State Department, and they have continued to be cleared that way since then.Now, finally, we are in a war. Eventually, the war is over, and the Trustees turn their attention, then, to seeing to it that life does not revert in this country to what it was prior to 1914; and they hit upon the idea that in order to prevent that reversion, they must control education in this country. They realized that that is a perfectly tremendous, really stupendous and complex task – much too great for them alone. So they approached the Rockefeller Foundation, with the suggestion that the task be divided between the two of them."
The Council of Learned Societies that Mr. Dodd mentions, undoubtedly became or was replaced by the Council on Foreign Relations which members have dominated the U.S. State Department since before World War II. Think about the alleged 'cause' of that first great war. Where did it begin? The Archduke of Austria was assassinated by a Jew in Sarajevo; Austria declared war. In 1909, five years earlier, the world troublemakers planned it that way.
It has also been written by historical researchers that the reason the war was held off until 1914 was that the same group that orchestrates and executes wars -- the International Zionist Bankers - first wanted the U.S. to pass the Federal Reserve Act so the American people could pay for the costs of the war. It passed. The Federal Reserve Act was passed in December 1913. The Great War broke out in 1914, as planned. We've paid and paid and paid.
Now, before we leave this very disturbing discussion of betrayal and treason by government 'leaders' there is one, more recent, account that must be told to fix in our minds once and for all the certainty that wars do not ever 'just happen'. If we consider it even briefly, we will realize that the average, sane, human being would rather never be involved, or have their loved ones involved in the horrors of war. That is a given. The following is excerpted from a book titled Body of Secrets by James Bamford.
"According to secret and long-hidden documents obtained for Body of Secrets, the Joint Chiefs of Staff drew up and approved plans for what may be the most corrupt plan ever created by the U.S. government. In the name of antiCommunism, they proposed launching a secret and bloody war of terrorism against their own country in order to trick the American public into supporting an ill-conceived war they intended to launch against Cuba.Code named Operation Northwoods, the plan, which had the written approval of the Chairman and every member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, called for innocent people to be shot on American streets; for boats carrying refugees fleeing Cuba to be sunk on the high seas; for a wave of violent terrorism to be launched in Washington, D.C., Miami, and elsewhere.People would be framed for bombings they did not commit; planes would be hijacked. Using phony evidence, all of it would be blamed on Castro, thus giving Lemnitzer and his cabal the excuse, as well as the public and international backing, they needed to launch their war."
The name, Lemnitzer, has a familiar ring. A fairly extensive search produced no biography nor further background on Lemnitzer.
"The idea may actually have originated with President Eisenhower in the last days of his administration . . . . He wanted desperately to invade Cuba in the weeks leading up to Kennedy's inauguration; indeed, on January 3 he told Lemnitzer and other aides in his Cabinet Room that he would move against Castro before the inauguration if only the Cubans gave him a really good excuse.Then, with time growing short, Eisenhower floated an idea. If Castro failed to provide that excuse, perhaps, he said, the United States "could think of manufacturing something that would be generally acceptable." What he was suggesting was a pretext of a bombing, an attack, an act of sabotage carried out secretly against the United States by the United States. Its purpose would be to justify the launching of a war. It was a dangerous suggestion by a desperate president."
If Eisenhower was desperate it would most likely be a desperate attempt to carry out the orders of his benefactors. That he 'floated the plan' is plausible, in view of what we've learned about him, although it would not be possible the idea was his. Presidents who are put in place by the world troublemakers, are not allowed to think or act without the input of their 'advisors'. (Another appropriate word for 'advisor' could be 'handler'.) In his Westpoint yearbook in 1915 Eisenhower was billed as the 'terrible Swedish Jew'.
First let's look at his meteoric rise to power from a Lt. Colonel in 1941 to a full general in 1942. After meeting and enchanting Anna Roosevelt Boettiger (formerly Dall) - FDR's daughter - at a dinner party, Ike was called to Washington for an interview in the White House. It is unknown to us exactly what took place in that interview, however, it appears Dwight David Eisenhower made the most favorable of impressions on president F. D. Roosevelt, for a few weeks later he was promoted to Chief of Staff of the 3rd Infantry Division.
[As an aside: Theodore Roosevelt, 5th cousin to FDR, was a descendant of Claas Martenszen von Rosenvelt (or von Rosenfeld, in the German form). From The Strange Death of FDR, by Emanuel Josephson. Eleanor was Teddy Roosevelt's niece.]
After his first, other promotions came quickly for Ike, one upon the other:
* March 1941, promoted to Colonel, made Chief of Staff of the whole Ninth Army Corps;
* June 1941, made Chief of Staff of the U.S. Third Army;
* September 1941, promoted to brigadier general;
* February 1942, made Assistant Chief of Staff of the War Plans Division;
* March 1942, promoted to Major General, became head of the Operations Division of the War Department General Staff, when WPD was replaced by the OPD;
* June 1942, given command of the European Theatre of Operations;
* July 1942, promoted to Three-star General.
* February 1943, made Commander in Chief of all the Allied forces in Western Europe.
Bear in mind this man had never been in combat command nor engaged in battle. During the war he had no experience, little influence or power and had been shuffled quickly 'upstairs' so the behind-the-scenes soldiers could conduct their war. They gave him orders, he relayed the orders.
It was after the war that Ike made the difference. He is said to have written in a letter to Mamie, "God, how I hate these German"; his hatred took vent when the allied 'peace' was made. Under the Morgenthau Plan (Henry Morgenthau, Jr., Secretary of the Treasury) details were spelled out to utterly destroy Germany forever and annihilate the German people.
While the German people were not annihilated, the soul and psyche of the people as a whole has born grave injury and oppression.
Later, Eisenhower was seated in the Oval Office by many influential and / or wealthy Jews of the Zionist persuasion. Some of those were Leonard Finder, Bernard Baruch, Oscar Hammerstein, Moss Hart, Richard Rodgers, Arthur Schwartz, Quintin Reynolds, Arthur Loew, William Zeckendorf, Max Kriendler, Jacob Potofsky, Humphrey Bogart, Lauren Bacall and Michael Straight.
It should be coming clearer to our readers by the details of the past, that the current neverendingwar on terror has been promulgated by the same group using the same modus operandi: Create a disaster - this time 'terrorism' on American soil; unfurl the U.S. military flag (better known as the 'American' flag); gear up the God-awful propaganda machine; play patriotic music and battle hymns; sell war bonds to newly created Zionist-Inspired-Patriots, and send young men and women off to kill and die. When I was a young officer and jet fighter pilot flying missions in the Korean Conflict (unknowingly under the command of a Soviet General of the United Nations Security Council), I could never understand HOW THE ENEMY KNEW SO MUCH ABOUT US, as broadcast almost daily over the communist Pyongyang radio station in North Korea.
Our wives’ names, children’s names, Squadron Commander names, flight numbers, etc.! The North Koreans knew when we were coming, how many of us there were, what type of aircraft we were flying and even the targets we were to hit. Later I realized that the naval and ground forces suffered the same fate that we did, especially our Army and Marine infantry troops.
All of our military operations had to be forwarded by radio to the Soviet Commander of the United Nations Security Council at the United Nations Building, New York City, for approval before our forces went into action against the North Koreans and Red Chinese.
The Soviet Commander of the United Nations Security Council delayed the battle plans until he used the radios in the United Nations Building in New York to relay all our “battle planning information” to Moscow, North Korea and Red China.
The enemy then contacted and relayed these battle plans to their communist forces in the field. The enemy knew when to move from an area and when to attack our smaller fighting forces. They knew beforehand when we were coming and how many of us there were. They knew everything about us all the time – 24 hours a day!!!
I later found this same form of “treason” was used against our forces in the Vietnam War. All information regarding “every battle plan in Vietnam” was given to the North Vietnamese, Soviets (Advisors), and Viet Cong Troops in the field DURING THE ENTIRE WAR. The enemy knew our every move at all times.
Our troops were led like sheep to the slaughter in both Korea and Viet Nam. Like blind fools we sent our combat plans to the enemy for approval.
There was a standing joke among us fighter pilots. “That Moscow had a file on each and every one of us.” How little did we really know. Every mission, every movement was compromised! General Walt, former Commander of the United States Marine Corps, reflected upon this information in his book that was written in the early 1980's. This was never allowed to appear in any bookstore in the United States.
During the Korean and Viet Nam conflicts, thousands of our fighting men were mentally or physically incapacitated BECAUSE OF THIS TREASON! To this day, the Soviets (or someone from one of their satellite countries) are the only ones who can command the United Nations “World Police Forces”.
Each and every one of us that served in Korea or Vietnam served under the total command of a Soviet General!
Here are the names of the soviets and the dates they served as “Under-Secretary of the Security Council of the United Nations,” thus the highest military commander of all United Nations fighting forces anywhere in the world, INCLUDING ALL MILITARY FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES.

It was the traitor, President Harry S. Truman himself, who REFUSED TO ALLOW General Douglas MacArthur, the Supreme Commander of the United Nations fighting forces in Korea, to bomb the bridges at the Yalu River over which the Chinese Communist troops came by the hundreds of thousands to kill and wound our soldiers. Truman and the Soviet General in charge at the United Nations TOTALLY HANDCUFFED MacArthur in all instances.
General MacArthur was only in command of the fighting forces in Korea, not in command of the United Nations position as “Under-Secretary of the Security Council”. A Soviet General held this position of POWER AND AUTHORITY OVER MACARTHUR and all the United Nations fighting forces in Korea.
THE SAME WAS TRUE FOR VIETNAM.
When General MacArthur WOKE UP TO THE TREASON OF PRESIDENT TRUMAN and the Soviets in the United Nations, he executed one of the greatest military performances ever ventured in modern warfare. His dangerous but magnificent military engagement and sea landing at “Inchon” on September 15, 1950 enabled his military forces to slaughter the communist forces, destroy their massive supply dumps, and put the Red Chinese, North Koreans and their Soviet advisors on the run. [In other words, MacArthur kicked some ass!]
MacArthur never asked permission from the United Nations Security Council (Soviet General Zinchenko) to perform this SECRET military operation. MacArthur hand-picked close and loyal military officers in doing so, and they kept a tight lid on the entire operation.
Originally, our forces were to never win any battles as planned by the Soviet Generals in the United Nations. But General MacArthur realized the treason and took positive action not only to save the lives of his fighting forces and destroying the enemy and their supply dumps, but also creating the “turning point” of the Korean War with his success at Inchon.
For this “positive action”, General Douglas MacArthur was relieved of his command of the United Nations fighting forces in Korea by the traitor President Harry Soloman Truman.
President Truman feared General MacArthur so much that just prior to General MacArthur returning to the United States from Korea, Truman hid out at Camp David for over 3 weeks in fear of being arrested by General MacArthur, who was a 5-Star General and in command of all military forces in the United States.
This allowed the controlled press in the United States time to attack MacArthur on all fronts, even before he returned home from Korea. Big headlines in the monthly magazines of the United States described MacArthur “As like unto Hitler returning home to the Chancellory”.
With cunning control of their national news outlets over the minds of the people in the United States against MacArthur, the same man who had just saved the lives of thousands of their sons with daring military moves – against the wishes of the United Nations Command, in routing the Red Chinese and North Koreans at Inchon.
Now you know the real truth as to what really happened “behind the scenes” during the Korean Conflict between the traitor Truman and General MacArthur, the real hero!

“I was worried by a series of directives from Washington (Truman) which were greatly decreasing the potential of my Air Force. First I was forbidden “hot” pursuit of enemy planes that attacked our own."Manchuria and Siberia were sanctuaries of inviolate protection of all enemy forces and for all enemy purposes, no matter what depredations or assaults might come from there.
"Then I was denied the right (by Soviet General in United Nations) to bomb the hydroelectric plants along the Yalu River. The order was broadened to include every plant in North Korea which was capable of furnishing electric power to Manchuria and Siberia.
“Most incomprehensible of all was the refusal to let me bomb the important supply center at Racin, which was not in Manchuria or Siberia, but many miles from the border, in forwarded supplies from Vladivostok for the North Korean Army. I felt that step-by-step my weapons were being taken away from me.”This is exactly the same type of “treason” that occurred against our military forces in Vietnam. But Vietnam was far more vile and dirty in length of time that our soldiers were betrayed.

“That there was some leak in intelligence was evident to everyone. (Brigadier General Walton) Walker continually complained to me that his operations were known to the enemy in advance through sources in Washington."Information must have been relayed to them, assuring that the Yalu River bridges would continue to enjoy their sanctuary and that their bases would be left intact. They knew they could swarm down across the Yalu River without having to worry about bombers hitting their Manchurian supply lines.”General MacArthur then referred on page 21 to an official leaflet published in Red China by Chinese General Lin Piao. It read:
“I would never have made the attack and risked men and military reputation if I had not been assured that Washington would restrain General MacArthur from taking adequate retaliatory measures against my lines of supply and communication.”J. Ruben Clark, Jr., former Under-Secretary of State and Ambassador to Mexico, who was widely recognized as one of our nation’s foremost international lawyers, stated on page 27 of the book entitled The United Nations Today.

By now you should have come to realize “why” there were so many restrictions on our soldiers during combat in Korea and Vietnam, and why we were NOT ALLOWED TO WIN. Not allowed to bomb certain targets, not allowed to really do anything in a positive manner to destroy the enemy.
Korea and Vietnam were never planned to be won, but instead they were planned so big money could be made by the bankers and all their political lackeys who sit in Public Office all over the United States and in other governments of the world.
The Vietnam conflict was also allowed to continue to weaken the resistance of Americans against any type of war or fight against communism. To accept anything would be better in the minds of the masses than war and having their sons killed. Even if it meant “merging” of our entire government with that of the Soviet Union (as we presently are witnessing).

Major General Jack Jumper, a general in Vietnam I worked directly under, was one of the true commanders of that war. He knew what was going on with the UN and had our fliers hit targets in Cambodia, particularly the Ho Chi Minh trail. All without the knowledge of the Commies in the UN knowing about it.
Too many supplies were coming in from the North and they were getting ready for another offensive. Gen. Jumper put a stop to it (1972). The UN, with White House approval, took him out of the position he was in (Intelligence) and placed him in charge of the Personnel Division. That’s OK. He did what he had to do and saved many lives.

A complete, itemized list of Lend-Lease shipments is unobtainable from any agency or group of agencies of our Government. However, the Russians kept their own lists which I, as a liaison officer, was allowed to consult and copies of which I finally acquired.
They list the dollar value of every item, though not always the exact quantity, with annual totals as follows:
1942 - $1,422,853,332;1943 - $2,955,811,271;The grand total for four years is some $9.6 billions, which compares with the President’s figure of $9.5 (for shipments only) in the Twenty-First Report. But the complete Russian record is much more revealing than any partial or “protocol requirement” list the public has been allowed to see.
1944 - $3,459,274,155;
1945 - $1,838,281,501.
I would have preferred to give the Russian figures for each of the four years, because there are many interesting comparisons, such as the thorium shipments which stopped after 1943. Space limitations prevented this. Faced with the choice of listing some items with all the breakdowns, or cumulative totals for all the items, I chose the latter. If any readers would like to have the yearly breakdowns on specific items, I will be glad to provide them from my worksheets.
At the start I have grouped all the materials – chemicals, metals, minerals – suitable for use in an atomic pile. I have not listed here the ‘millions of dollars’ worth of mining, ore-crushing, and construction equipment which we sent to Russia. Informed readers may also find materials suitable for use in the hydrogen bomb elsewhere in the lists.

THE FINEST SENATE THAT MONEY CAN BUY

Will the Americans pay the huge amounts of money Israel is demanding to help alleviate the economic holocaust it has brought upon itself? There is no doubt that the U.S. will pay. Why? Because politically they have no choice.
Take, for example, the story of Clarence Long, member of the U.S. Congress and Chairman of the Foreign Relations Sub-Committee and also of sections of the Aid Committee in the U.S. Congress. He is the "man in charge" of paying the allocations granted to Israel.
This man is well-known to hundreds of thousands of Israelis who watched him on their TV screens when Ely Millikh Ram, the Israeli TV correspondent, interviewed him regarding Israel's economic problems. Like other U.S. diplomats, Long expressed the view that Israel must take "steps and measures" -- most important of which are austerity measures and the raising of interest rates.
Listening to him, I came to the conclusion that the man did not know what he was saying, nor was he saying what he really felt. But the coup de grace came when, concluding his interview, Long hinted -- not very subtly -- that Israel would get all it had asked for, as a result of the careful and very positive spirit in which the US had considered its demands. This will come as a surprise to no-one.
In order to comprehend full the meaning of what he said, we have to add one very small thing to what Long did not say in his TV interview: that he, Clarence Long, has received, this year alone, the total of $97,500 from Israel to support his election campaign, which means that the above-named is no more than a paid agent employed by Israel. Israel has not paid the amount directly to him; it has been transferred to him, in the manner of all such transactions, by the so-called "Political Action Committees", which play a very important role these days in the Israeli foreign affairs system.
Where did I get my information? I have not hired spies or detectives, there was no need for that as there is, in the U.S. a law which makes it compulsory duty for all candidates for public office to submit detailed and public statements showing all the donations they receive. Such a law does not exist in Israel. The New York Times has published a detailed press investigation on the methods used by pro-Israeli lobbies to influence presidential elections in the US. The study revealed that pro-Israeli institutions have allocated $4.25m to be spent buying the minds and votes of Senate and Congress members.
It is the usual practice to spend such sums according to a very precise and carefully calculated procedure, so that every single dollar spent in this respect is guaranteed maximum return. The sum of $576,000 was handed to the members of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee which backed, without any reservation, every single act by the Israeli government. It has also been paid to new candidates, usually running against committee members who have not submitted to the instructions of the Israeli embassy in Washington.
Other pro-Israeli sums have been spent in 29 of the 33 Senate constituencies scheduled to have had elections this past year, as well as in 154 Congress constituencies of the total 435.
The largest sum spent in this direction was paid to Paul Simon, a new figurehead who got away with $147,870 from Israel's supporters in the US because he had decided to run in the election against Charles Percy, the former chairman of the Congress Committee who has been consistently critical of the Israeli government and was courageous enough to say that the Palestinians also have their own legitimate rights.
Another sum of $140,063 was paid to one Carl Levin, not because he is a good Jew, as his name indicates, but because he is a member of the Congress Military Committee.
Also, conservative Senator Jesse Helms provoked Israel's wrath because he discussed the Palestine issue while he was a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee. This motivated the pro-Israeli lobby to pay $130,350 to his rival James Hart.
On one occasion while on a visit to the US and during the outbreak of war in Lebanon, I was advised to hold a meeting with Senator Roddy Posvic to relate to him what happened and what was said during my meeting with Yasser Arafat in Beirut. Small wonder, for Senator Posvic is vice-chairman of the Foreign Affairs Sub-Committee on the Middle East. The senator's behaviour and attitude were a surprise to me, but I have since come to know the reasons for his indifferent attitude: from the pro-Israel lobby in the US he had already received $95,100 to help him get re-elected.
What are these mysterious pro-Israeli circles that buy and sell members of the Senate and Congress in the US? The best-known is "The National Political Action Group", known as the "Israeli lobby".
Side by side with this openly publicised group, there are many secret bodies active in the field under pseudonyms like "The San Francisco People's Committee for a Better rule", the "Joint Action Committee for Political Affairs", "Desert Conference", and "The Political Conference of Disciplined Citizens".
In order to conceal the truth, none of these pro-Israeli groups identify themselves by any names that might point to Israel, Jews or zionists, in a clear attempt to avoid antagonising non-Jews. Nor do they stir the issue of anti-semitism, because non-Jews may realise that a small gang of Jews is trading in the American people's votes.
The aforementioned sums, small as they might appear, are not small at all considering the state of affairs in the US for elections in that country cost far less than they do in Israel. A $50,000 donation to any candidate is considered substantial in the US, considering the far greater advantages and returns the donor hopes to receive from the influence of the fortunate candidate.
After the Israeli lobby in the US grants a Congress member $100,000 such a member will never dream of backing a motion which contravenes the interests of the government of Israel.
When Prime Minister Shimon Peres arrives in the US he will expect, of course, to receive a warm welcome. He will meet members of the Congress and the Senate, who will urge him to take austerity measures, to reduce bank interest rates, to reduce spending and to impose new taxation. But Peres, on the other hand, can laugh up his sleeve, having already received a secret report from the Israeli embassy in Washington specifying, in great detail, the sums already paid to every one of those Congress and Senate members who met him, to satisfy the wishes of the Israeli government.
Israel will no doubt receive the most generous increase in aid from the US in its history. In fact, the US grant to Israel has already exceeded any US grant ever given to any other country anywhere in the world. A simple calculation shows that every single American family pays Israel well over $40 annually, and that every Israeli family receives $2500 every year.
This would be very natural if Israel were a superpower and the US were one of its colonies. Had there been, in a far-off planet, an intelligence agency monitoring what was going on on planet Earth, and had its researchers "listened" to the US-Israel transactions, they would have undoubtedly believed that the US was no more than an Israeli satellite and that the population of Israel was surely greater than that of the US.
A few weeks ago the "Voice of America", a US government radio service, arranged an interview with a PLO leader. Israel protested in the strongest possible terms, which forced the US government to apologise publicly to Israel, promising never to let such an event happen again.
This has been the usual practice of occupying powers; to rebuke countries under their occupation. In the US presidential election campaign, competition between candidates is at its fiercest when trying to win Israel's approval and support.
Ronald Reagan and Walter Mondale lost their breath in that competition, behaving as if they were African colonial chieftains of the last century, who used to compete to win the favours and sympathies of the British or French High Commissioner.
In the US Congress they talk, not only of granting Israel the money it asks for, but also of exciting initiatives of goodwill as, for example, the transfer of the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Such steps are bound, of course, to undermine the US position and prestige in all the Islamic states; but such considerations do not worry most Congress and Senate members overmuch, as their sole aim is to be re-elected.
The paying of donations to US administration officials is considered one of the most vital sections of Israeli expenditure. Once having paid these tributes to US officials, Israel is thus guaranteed, in return, huge sums of money in the form of US grants.
For the $4.25m Israel has paid to prime the US Congress, Israel will receive a US grant totalling $2.6bn. for its money, therefore, Israel will have struck the bargain of the century, receiving an interest of 60,000 per cent on its original investment. The extra grant to Israel will increase that interest even more.
Had it been possible to cure the Israeli economic disease with the flood of US dollars, there would have been no problem. The problem is that all this cash flow is to no avail for, according to many economic experts, such arrangements make the situation even more complicated.
One thing, however, is quite clear: Israel is not the 51st state of the United States of America, as some would like to think; rather, the US Congress is one of the occupied areas of Israel. [end]

Many of you will of heard varying accounts of the death of Rachel Corrie, maybe others will have heard nothing of it. Regardless, I was 10 metres away when it happened 2 days ago, and this is the way it went.
We'd been monitoring and occasionally obstructing the two bulldozers for about 2 hours when one of them turned toward a house we knew to be threatened with demolition. Rachel knelt down in its way. She was 10-20 metres in front of the bulldozer, clearly visible, the only object for many metres, directly in its view. They were in radio contact with a tank that had a profile view of the situation. There is no way she could not have been seen by them in their elevated cabin. They knew where she was, there is no doubt.
The bulldozer drove toward Rachel slowly, gathering earth in its scoop as it went. She knelt there, she did not move. The bulldozer reached her and she began to stand up, climbing onto the mound of earth. She appeared to be looking into the cockpit. The bulldozer continued to push Rachel, so she slipped down the mound of earth, turning as she went.
Her faced showed she was panicking and it was clear she was in danger of being overwhelmed.
All the activists were screaming at the bulldozer to stop and gesturing to the crew about Rachel's presence. We were in clear view as Rachel had been, they continued.
They pushed Rachel, first beneath the scoop, then beneath the blade, then continued till her body was beneath the cockpit. They waited over her for a few seconds, before reversing. They reversed with the blade pressed down, so it scraped over her body a second time. Every second I believed they would stop but they never did.
I ran for an ambulance, she was gasping and her face was covered in blood from a gash cutting her face from lip to cheek. She was showing signs of brain hemorrhaging. She died in the ambulance a few minutes later of massive internal injuries. She was a brilliant, bright and amazing person, immensely brave and committed. She is gone and I cannot believe it.
The group here in Rafah has decided that we will stay here and continue to oppose human rights abuses as best we can. I want to add that more than 10 palestinians have died in the Gaza strip since Rachel.

If you're wondering about the bulldozers: They're American, Caterpillar-made armoured D9 Bulldozers. I estimate the blade is maybe 8 ft high, 15 ft wide and more than 9 tons. They're purchased from America using the $12billion per annum military aid package that America gives to Israel. [Report on their previous usage, well worth reading -- especially if you didn't believe anyone would be crazy enough to do this].
If you're wondering about Rafah: in the southern Gaza Strip, next to the Egyptian border. Apart from suffering in excess from the problems all over Palestine: Israeli manipulation of the water supply, economic strangulation, regular shootings and army operations, Rafah is afflicted by the building of an extra border wall. It has caused hundreds of homes to be destroyed.
The house in question, that of a doctor, like dozens of others in the area is not set to be demolished because of any supposed link to militants. Only because it lies within 100 metres of the new border wall, currently in construction. Families receive no compensation from Israel, and are frequently given just a few minutes warning in the form of live ammunition being shot through the walls of their house.

I, Greg Schnabel, came to Rafah to work with the International Solidarity Movement.
At approximately 3 p.m. on the afternoon of March 16, 2003 I was with Rachel at a water well in the Tel al Sultan district of Rafah. We received a call from our fellow I.S.M. activists in the Hyy Es Salam district. Our friends informed us that two bulldozers were in that neighborhood threatening to destroy family houses.
Rachel and I went to the Hyy Es Salam area to help our friends. The homes that were being threatened by the bulldozers were the homes of families which our group had been sleeping with for the past four months. We had personal relationships with these families and defending their homes from being destroyed was very important to us.
When Rachel and I arrived on the scene, two bulldozers were clearing the ground near to these homes. There was also a tank Our group began to stand in front of these bulldozers in an attempt to stop them. Generally they did not stop when we stood in front of them, but continued to push the [dirt?] up from underneath our feet and push us away. Several times we had to dive away at the last moment in order to avoid being crushed.
This continued for about two and a half hours. All the time the bulldozers were approaching closer to the families homes. They made several attempts to evade us and outmaneuver us. At one point, Will from the United States was nearly crushed between the bulldozer and a pile of razor wire. The bulldozer stopped at the last minute in Will's case. If it had moved any closer he would have been impaled by the razor wire.
The bulldozers destroyed part of a home which was unoccupied. Members of our group including myself stood inside this home in an attempt to stop them. One bulldozer then moved toward the house of Dr. Samir, one of the families with whom we had relations.
Rachel was standing in front of this home. As the bulldozer approached she stood her ground. Rachel was wearing an orange fluorescent jacket. She was clearly visible to the bulldozer driver as well as to the soldiers in the tank.
The bulldozer began to push up the ground from beneath her feet. The pile of earth was mounding up and she tried her best to stay on top of it. As the ground continued to move Rachel went down on her knees.
The bulldozer continued to move forward. Rachel began to become buried beneath the dirt. Still it did not stop.
Finally, Rachel was beneath the bulldozer.
The bulldozer did not even pick up its blade. It ran over her completely and continued to advance. It stopped when she was completely underneath the body of the bulldozer. It then moved backwards over her body. It moved clear of her and backed away.
At this point I and my friends ran to her. She was obviously in terrible condition. Her upper lip had been split open and was bleeding. We called an ambulance immediately and continued to monitor her vital signs. She was breathing but she was losing consciousness rapidly. Within a minute she was no longer able to give us her name or speak. We continued to talk to her encouraging her, breathing with her, and telling her we loved her.
The ambulance staff came and took her to the hospital. Once there she died within twenty minutes or less.

I am Richard Purssell of the United Kingdom. I am here in Rafah to demonstrate solidarity with the Palestinian people and take non-violent direct action to confront the illegal Israeli occupation. I am making this statement at 11:30 on the night after the incident.
On 16 March 2003 myself, Rachel Corrie, and Greg were acting as human shields at the well in Tel al Sultan. We received a call at 2.30 from other ISM activists who were working in the Hyy es Salaam area that bulldozers had been spotted. We arrived ten minutes later at the area, which was near both to houses we were protecting and houses which had been destroyed in the previous week. Using a megaphone and banners to identify ourselves as international nonviolent activists we moved forward to confront the bulldozers.
For two hours we attempted at great risk to ourselves to obstruct and frustrate the bulldozers in their work. One activist from the U.S was trapped underneath barbed wire. The bulldozers seemed to be concentrating on ploughing up the land in front of the buildings whilst making occasional runs at houses.
There were two bulldozers one marked 94 serial number 949623 the other 95 serial no. 949645. There was one tank but I do not recall its number. I noted these numbers prior to the incident.
At approximately 1645 a bulldozer began making a straight run at a house which I now know to belong to a doctor Izmir [sic: Dr. Samir]. At this point the majority of the group were positioned around a wrecked building. We were all within 70 metres of each other. I was to the left of the ruined building and to the right of Dr. [Samir]'s house. Rachel was approximately 15 metres in front of me.
The ground was level and the light was good, I had a good view of everything which happened. Rachel was wearing an orange fluorescent jacket with reflective strips (the type worn by construction workers for high visibility and the avoidance of accidents).
Rachel stood to confront the bulldozer and it approached her at about five or six miles an hour. The blade on the bulldozer was dipped into the ground and was scooping up soil.
As the bulldozer came nearer the pile mounted up. Rachel climbed up the pile and at the one stage was looking into the cabin window. There is no way that the driver could not have known she was there. The bulldozer continued driving forwards and Rachel turned round to face in my direction.
She began to slide down the pile, however as soon as her feet touched the ground for some reason she fell forward. Maybe her foot was caught or the weight of the soil pushed her forward. At this point the panic on her face was obvious.
We were all shouting, screaming and gesturing by this stage. The earth was totally pushed over her, engulfing her. She was lost to my sight. I noticed that the driver had not lifted the blade. The machine rolled straight over her and continued for a little way. It then reversed over her and retreated about twenty metres. Rachel was left in its tracks, bleeding from her mouth and twisted.
The tank came over to where she was briefly and then retreated to the border fence with the two bulldozers. At no point did any member of the Israeli forces enquire as to Rachel's well-being or offer any assistance.
Eventually we were able to call an ambulance and one arrived shortly. Rachel was taken to hospital in Rafah, where I heard she had died.
I certify that this is a true account to the best of my recollection.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I've never had someone close to me die before, let alone be brutally murdered right in front of my eyes. I don't even know how to react. I went through stages of dumbfounded shock and serious crying fits. I had no chance to be alone at all, I was either surrounded by Palestinians or on the phone with media. I chose the latter. I was doing interviews non-stop starting 30 min. after her death, all the way until midnight, and then starting again at 6am and continuing all day today. I literally would never hang up the phone, just switch to an incoming call on call waiting. When I did finally get a second to breath, I'd have like 30 missed calls.
Anyway, it was a bit therapeutic I think, telling the story over and over, and interviews make me feel [as if I was doing something] important [in the aftermath]. All this thing is is a media event now, so we must continue a campaign as hard as possible before the new and bigger tragedy, the Iraq war, begins.
The few hours I had off interviews last night between midnight and 4am, was spent organizing today's events, press conferences, live TV/radio interviews, a demonstration and the beginnings of the traditional Palestinian 3-day ceremony. Now we're preparing for a serious influx of people from the West Bank and Israel, as well as some people from abroad, possibly including her family.
The stress is really getting to me. I couldn't sleep for the 2 hours I was allowed because my body won't relax. My heart is racing and shake a lot, and even have trouble breathing. My jaw is the worst though. It won't losen to save my life, and it hurts like hell, especially when I chew (when i get time to grab a falafel sandwhich). I've never experienced physical stress and tension like this.
We thought this might happen eventually. We often spoke in the abstract that eventually one of us would get killed, but we always figured they'd shoot us, or it'd be an "accident", like in a house that is missiled or a stray bullet gets an unlucky activist. I never dreamed it'd be like this, the intentional crushing of a human being.
I do believe it was intentional. I saw it, and I know he saw her, I know he did, and I know he knew she was still under the bulldozer when it backed up without raising its blade.
I don't know if he wanted to kill her, or if he was just focused on doing his work and didn't care if he killed her or not, I don't know which is scarier.
I don't feel like telling the whole detailed story right now. I promise that for the record I will tell it in detail, but give me a few days. I just want to quickly dispel a few myths you may have heard in the media.
She did not "trip and fall" in front of the bulldozer. She sat down in front of it, well in advance, wearing one of the orange flouro jackets I got in Amsterdam. (By the way, I took the pictures you may have seen of her, standing with the megaphone in front of the bulldozer, and the ones of her friends helping her.)
He clearly saw her, and continued to drive until she was forced onto the top of the dirt he was pushing, elevating her so much that she was at eye level with the bulldozer's cab, he could see right into her eyes.
He continued forward, pulling her underneath the dirt, and out of his vision. He continued forward, crushing her underneath the weight of the blade. He continued forward, until she was well underneath the bulldozer. It was then quite clear that she was nowhere but underneath him, but he proceded to back up, without lifting the blade, crushing her again.
I beleive that it was the combination of these two crushings that caused her death. She was defending the house of a physician. We've all stayed in the house, we know that there are no weapons of any kind there. Just a middle aged doctor and his lovely family. They want to demolish it because it happens to lie near the border, and they're systematically demolishing all the houses near the border.
It has nothing to do with retaliatory or preventative operations. They were not searching for tunnels or bombs either. We know what this looks like, they do it a lot. It involves armored drills and bomb dogs and shooting at the ground, none of which was present here.
Its just a further example of the Israeli military's blatent lies.
There was never any gunfire from any Palestinians, the only gunfire came from the tank, when it shot at the ground a few times in order to scare us. But even this was extremely minimal.
The Palestinian that was killed was in a totally seperate area of Rafah, and was killed by blanket fire into the area, not in a gun battle. It is quite unfortunate that his death probably wouldn't even be reported anywhere if it weren't for [what happened to] Rachel.
The Palestinians have been incredible. They are quite used to this, as thousands of their people have died. Indeed I now know how every Palestinian family feels, as many of them have lost multiple freinds and family to this occupation.
Their support has been invaluable however, they've gone to full lengths to give her a proper demonstration and ceremony, like they give every other Shahid (martyr). They've made a nice poster of her as well, which will be posted in all of the places she has been, and there's ganna be a big march and demonstration this afternoon. We're planning actions for the coming days as well. We're planning to occupy the murder sight, and line the whole area with flowers, and erect a nice visible memorial as well. I don't know what this means for us now.
It could go one of two ways. It could make us more effective, because now they know that we are not going to move, and that we will risk our safety to oppose them. Thus they will be forced to be more careful, and withdraw sooner. Or, it could mean that they know longer care, and will willfully kill and injur us without hesitation. This would render us useless as human shields, and our work would be impossible. So we'll have to see.
I know we'll be much more careful, and have long talks about tactics, and with what people are still comfortable. I have a lot of thinking and considering to do. But we're not leaving, that's for sure. We're dedicated to staying here, especially with the Iraq war and risk of full invasion of Gaza. If any of you heard anything else and have questions, I'd gladly respond to them.

What American People need to do is to wake up and realize that Israel is not the friend of America, nor of anybody but themselves. The fact that American's trying out of concern and compassion to put their life on the line to move some initiative towards peace and being run over by bulldozers shows the degree of callous racism, and non-concern that Israelis have for Americans. All they are is a victim to be used for their racial goals and agendas. It is time to wake up America. This non-sense has gone far enough.

Here is some information about the killing of International Solidarity Movement activist Rachel Corrie that you may not get from other sources:
First, the confrontation between the ISM and the Israeli Army had been under way for two hours when Rachel was run over. Rachel and the other activists had clearly identified themselves as unarmed international peace activists throughout the confrontation.Second, although the Israeli Army claims that Rachel was killed accidentally when she ran in front of the bulldozer, eye-witnesses insist that this is totally untrue.
Rachel was sitting in the path of the bulldozer as it advanced towards her. When the bulldozer refused to stop or turn aside she climbed up onto the mound of dirt and rubble being gathered in front of it wearing a fluorescent jacket to look directly at the driver who kept on advancing.
The bulldozer continued to advance so that she was pulled or fell under the pile of dirt and rubble. After she had disappeared from view the driver kept advancing until the bulldozer was completely on top of her.
The driver did not lift the bulldozer blade and so she was crushed beneath it. Then the driver backed off and the seven other ISM activists taking part in the action rushed to dig out her body. An ambulance rushed her to Al-Najar hospital where she died.
Rachel had been working as an ISM activist in Rafah for seven weeks when she was killed trying to prevent the demolition of Palestinian homes and property in the Al-Salaam area of Rafah. House demolitions as collective punishment of entire communities and therefore a war crime as defined by the Fourth Geneva Convention, to which Israel is a signatory.
This is not the first confrontation of its kind. On Feb. 14, 2003, Rachel filed this report:
"The internationals stood in the path of the bulldozer and were physically pushed with the shovel backwards, taking shelter in a house. The bulldozer then proceeded on its course, demolishing one side of the house with the internationals inside. The driver then dropped a sound grenade out of the cab of the bulldozer, and continued to demolish the house, at which point the activists were able to escape, amid gunfire from the tank."
