Maleny Credit union avoids calling Meeting To sack directors

Maleny credit Union so far has avoided calls for several meetings to discuss the proposed CUA takeover of MCU

Also to sack the directors

appoint an administrator

have a vote of no confidence

request directors to resign

amend the constitution

invest the credit union in the members

plus many more things members want to debate

The public should know the directors are behaving , without members knowledge authority permission consent approval etc

The directors may have requested changes in the constituition
