National Live Export Rally
If you care about animals and want to see an end to live export cruelty please join Animal Liberation in attending the National Rally hosted by Animals Australia on Sunday the14th of August.Why August 14th? Historic bills to end the cruel live export trade will be voted on in parliament on the 18th of August. This is your opportunity to join with other caring Australians to show public support for this important legislation.
What will happen on the day?
• Hear from Animals Australia investigator Lyn White, leading politicians and other inspiring speakers• Mass petition and letter signing

What can I do in the lead up to the event?
In the lead up to the Ban Live Export National Rally we need your help to show politicians that Australians haven’t forgotten the unforgivable cruelty from Indonesia that aired on Four Corners, and that continues to happen to Australian animals exported throughout Asia and the Middle East. Click here to tell your local MP that you support a permanent ban on live exports today.There are flyers in the Animal Liberation office for you to distribute. Please contact the office on 9262 3221 or collect some from us between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. There are also volunteer opportunities for the day of the rally – again, please contact us for more information.

Dear Supporter,A great way for you to help the work being done for animals by Animal Liberation is by signing up friends and family to sponsor you in all manner of fundraising ways. Whether you sign up to City2Surf or other sporting activities or a darts match or a vegan cake bakeoff or pretty much anything you can create to raise funds by being sponsored.
